Step 04 - Production Drawing
Factory engineer converts the customer’s furniture design into production drawings.
Step 05 - Sampling
Sample team creates samples based on the production drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.

    A Factory understand the special requirement for university furniture that why we don’t request for MOQ.

  • Q How long is your lead time for production?

    A Normally production lead time is 8-10 weeks it’s up to how big of project and it can be negotiable.

  • Q What is the capacity of your factory?

    A Factory capacity is 50 – 60 container per months.

  • Q How does your factory control the quality?

    A
    Quality is in our top priority. We have a very strict quality control system in the workshop. QC department always checks carefully, from importing raw wood materials to wood cutting, assembling and sanding, finishing, labelling and packing as well as container loading.

  • Q What is your advantage ?

    A
    With two facilities spanning 10,000 square meters and a skilled workforce of 200, we offer the advantages of short lead times and exceptional quality. Our expertise in both laminate and veneer, along with MPU and PU finishing, enables us to serve university furniture with precision and excellence.

  • Q What is your payment terms?

    A
    30% deposit and 70% balance 7 days after ETD

  • Q How does the factory control lead time?

    A
    Our factory understands the critical importance of on-time shipping for hotels. That’s why we’ve designed our procurement process and lead times to ensure materials arrive as scheduled. Additionally, we work closely with suppliers to promptly address any issues, preventing delays.

  • Q How about the price?

    A
    We offer our customers highly competitive pricing by leveraging our experienced quoting team, ensuring fast and accurate quotations that align with market standards.

  • Q What is the capacity of your factory?

    A
    We ship from Ho Chi Minh Port and use local trusted carriers or use your own carriers. We try to provide competitive freight rates and rapid delivery.

  • Q Can I visit your factory?

    A
    Sure, Welcome to visit our factory and showroom. We are open from 7:00AM to 16:30PM Mon–Sat. Please call us to arrange a visit and pick you up at the airport.
